However, the responsibility of deeper and more comprehensive plagiarism checks, than Copyscape, lies solely with the client, as we do not cover such services in our standard prices. Moreover, each order upon completion, if paid for, becomes the sole property and responsibility of our client.

  • No refund request is entitled to 100% money back
  • All refund claims will be thoroughly investigated, and the process may take up to 30 days.
  • No refund request will be processed for orders with a deadline of 24 hours or less
  • If a customer has already availed our revision service, he/she will not be eligible for a complete refund amount. Instead, at least 50% of the total amount will be withheld as service charges.
  • If our client is not satisfied with the product/service rendered by our service, then they can request a refund. The amount, for which the work has already been done for your project, will not be refunded; however, the balance payment will be duly refunded.
  • In cases, where the client has specific issues and requires a complete refund, our customer can send us a refund request, and we shall take the decision accordingly.

  • The company has the right to hold back at least 50% of the total amount as service charges if the customer cancels an order with the deadline of 48 hours, within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Any order placed on the deadline of 24 hours is not liable for refund.
  • The total cancellation amount will take around 25 to 30 business days for reimbursement, from the time of order cancellation.
  • Not every order is entitled to 100% refund
  • For web content writing, no cancellation request will be entertained after 72 hours of order placement.
